Victor ChulaevskyWe propose a simplified version of the Multi-Scale Analysis of tight-binding Anderson models with strongly mixing random potentials which leads directly to uniform exponential bounds on decay of eigenfunctions in arbitrarily large finite subsets of a lattice.
