This paper presented the existence and representation of solution to the initial value problem for the general $n$-term linear fractional differential equation with generalized Riemann-Liouville fractional derivatives and constant coefficients by using operational calculus of Mikusiski's type. We proved that the solution of the initial value problem exists if and only if some initial values should be zero.
